Why This Skystorm VUCA Health Promo Video Matters

MedsOnCue is a medical training video library and mobile app, created by VUCA Health (www.vucahealth.com) that has over 2,200 unique videos providing medication briefings in English and Spanish, all fully produced by Skystorm.

Patients receiving medications from Liberty Software pharmacies will access specific medical training related to their prescriptions by scanning a QR code on the prescription label. In addition to medication briefings, patients will also have access to medication administration videos, a medication reminder service, and other patient safety information.

How VUCA Health Benefits from a Retainer Relationship with Skystorm for High-Volume Video Production

  1. Predictable Content Pipeline
A retainer allows for ongoing, scheduled content delivery—ideal for organizations that need frequent videos for marketing, product updates, internal communications, medical training videos or client outreach. You’ll have a steady stream of assets ready to deploy without scrambling to initiate new projects.
  2. Dedicated Creative Resources
With a retainer, you can secure a consistent team (e.g., producer, editor, animator) who becomes deeply familiar with your brand and processes. This eliminates the inefficiencies of onboarding new creatives for each project.
  3. Creative Agility for Multiple Formats
High-volume production often involves a mix of formats—commercials, social media snippets, training videos, motion graphics, etc. A retainer allows for seamless switching between formats while keeping brand messaging cohesive across platforms.
  4. On-Demand Adjustments and Iterations
Retainer clients often benefit from quicker revisions and more flexibility to adapt or re-cut existing videos for new purposes, such as adapting long-form content into short-form social media clips or repurposing past footage for new campaigns.
  5. Reduced Bottlenecks in Post-Production
With dedicated post-production scheduling and familiarity with your content style, the editing phase becomes far more efficient. You avoid the editing queue delays often faced by ad hoc clients.
  6. Tighter Integration with Marketing or Comms Strategy
A video production company working on retainer can attend strategic planning sessions or internal meetings. This creates alignment with campaign goals, messaging shifts, and evolving priorities—something harder to achieve with one-off vendors.
  7. Asset Management and Archiving
With a high volume of content comes the need for organized storage. A retainer often includes media management—tagging, archiving, and retrieving past footage—saving time and reducing redundancy in future projects.
  8. Reduced Administrative Burden
Instead of negotiating contracts and scopes for every single video, retainers consolidate paperwork into a single agreement—freeing up time for both teams and allowing focus to remain on content creation and delivery.
