Using Video To Pre-Screen and Recruit New Instructors
Infant Swimming Resource (ISR) is an inspiring company devoted to teaching children self-rescue skills so they can safely enjoy the water. To support their growth as a company ISR needed to identify candidates passionate about child safety and serious about receiving the training required to become an ISR instructor.
SkyStorm’s creative team made it a priority to listen carefully to the client’s expert subject knowledge and concerns throughout the course of the project. This was especially critical during the rigorous scriptwriting process for the new instructor recruitment and training video.
SkyStorm filmed an expert ISR instructor demonstrating proper technique with a child in the water. SkyStorm’s crew overcame the obvious challenges involved in filming children actively swimming in the water. ISR instructors collaborated with SkyStorm’s editor and director throughout the post-production stage of the project to ensure the accuracy of the finished product.
ISR now has the recruitment tools necessary to grow their company successfully without compromising their high standards of excellence that sets them apart.
